**No Returns or Refunds on Perishable Items**
All sales of perishable items, including but not limited to [coffee grounds, herbal teas and all perishable sealed items], are final due to the nature of these products.
**Commitment to Quality**
Efforts are made to ensure product quality and freshness. However, once these items leave the premises, their storage and handling cannot be controlled, which affects their shelf life and suitability. For this reason, returns or refunds on perishable goods are not possible.
**Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Items**
Contact the business immediately within [7 days] of receiving the order if a perishable item is found defective, spoiled, or damaged. The issue will be investigated, and a replacement, store credit, or a refund may be offered at the business's discretion.
